Yevgen Gula was born in 1945 in Rzeszów Voivodeship (Poland). He was educated at the National Academy of Arts and Architecture. Since graduation from the Academy, he has been teaching. Since 1986, he has been teaching a series of fundamental disciplines "Drawing", "Painting", "Plastic Anatomy", and "Fundamentals of Composition". He is a Professor, Head of the Department of Graphic Design, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, and a Member of the National Union of Ukraine.
His works are kept in museums of Ukraine, and private collections in Ukraine and around the world.
