Born in 1950 in Kharkiv, Vitaliy Vasilevskyi graduated from the Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute with a degree in Interior Design and Equipment, being a decorative and applied art artist. He is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
The artist is engaged in easel painting (oil, acrylic), and graphics (watercolor, pastel), works as a designer and decorator of interiors, as well as models, and creates artistic stained glass windows. Many of his works are kept in private collections in Ukraine, Italy, and Germany.
